Workshop purpose
The purpose of the workshop is to give you the opportunity to spend some time thinking about what you could be doing to more easily navigate this phase of your life.
Who is the workshop for?
This workshop is for people who feel they would benefit from some support and guidance on how to survive the emotional drain of being between jobs or seeking new employment opportunities.
The event is also an opportunity to meet other people who understand the situation and are interested in helping themselves and each other to navigate their current situation.
Workshop outline
This second workshop in the series builds on the first. However, it's not essential to have completed workshop 1 as this workshop starts with a recap. During this workshop we will:
- Conduct a short review of what we covered in workshop 1
- Expand our self-awareness and take some time to identify some of the things that cause stress and upset
- Identify and practice some techniques that may help participants to stay calm for longer when faced with the current - and any future -challenges.
Reserve your place
Please note that Surviving The Gap workshops are participatory and interactive. You will get the most value from your participation by having your camera on, and being in an environment where you are able to speak freely.
