What to expect

  • Consideration of Stress: Review the physical and emotional effects of stress and consider practical strategies to manage fight, flight, freeze and fawn responses, enhancing your ability to think creatively and perform better.
  • Personal Reflection: Through individual, small and general group exercises you will have the opportunity to reflect on your current situation, identify challenges and explore personal reactions. This reflection helps in building awareness and developing personalised coping strategies.
  • Practical Tools: We will introduce you to tools and techniques that you can use every day to enhance your awareness, self-care and self-management.
