Workshops & training

Surviving The Gap runs free, accessible workshops designed to fit around your life. These sessions start with the basics – helping you manage stress, recognise your strengths, and build practical self-help techniques like journaling, gratitude, and effective breathing. More about the workshops.

As you progress, you’ll explore upskilling in digital tools, collaborative working, and essential workplace skills such as health and safety and AI fundamentals. Workshops are interactive, with opportunities for personal reflection, small group exercises, and direct feedback from experienced coaches. Each session is designed to be practical and engaging, using real-world examples and simple, jargon-free language. Whether you join us for a single workshop or the full series, you’ll leave with skills and strategies you can use every day to boost your resilience and take charge of your next steps.
